As soon as you complete and submit the form to us, an Account
Manager will be assigned to you and will review the document for any
possible omissions, obvious errors, and discrepancies, in order to avoid
processing delays or initial rejections, your assigned Account Manager will
contact you if they identify any issues that need resolution.
Initial creation your CAQH Profile, as many health plans now mandate
the use of the CAQH for on-going credentialing needs.
Completing initial credentialing or recredentialing applications on your behalf,
as requested by your affiliations, including providing copies of relevant
documents (license, DEA, etc.) as required by the affiliation.
Completing Medicare Enrollment or Reassignment applications, using the most
current forms distributed by CMS.
Completing Malpractice Insurance applications should you have the
need to obtain new malpractice insurance.
Tracking of progress with your affiliation, and as QCN is made aware - notifying
you of your effective/approval dates with the affiliation.
On-going notification and submission of updated documents to your affiliations
when you have renewed your license, DEA, malpractice insurance, etc.
